Job DescriptionVisa is seeking an Analyst, Talent Acquisition Program Management to be a member of the Visa Global Talent Acquisition team. This individual will be responsible for driving best-in-class program management for Visa’s Internship Program and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to aid Visa in optimizing and upskilling all the Talent Acquisition teams across the globe.
This includes:
Lead strategy to scale North America programming through site leads and volunteers. Cultivate, secure, and maintain relationships with 50+ site leads.Design orientation and pre-boarding experience. Partner with People Ops teams: End-User Support Team, Pre-boarding Team, AskPeople Team to ensure a smooth transition experience.Lead the design of key program components, including skills development, career and personal growth, and socials.Manage up to 8 workstreams, ensuring all deliverables are met.Support the design and implementation of communication and marketing campaigns Support the creation of program surveysSupport the creation of recap decksEvaluate program outcomes and analyze the health of the programs and areas of opportunity in the form of a yearly read outServe as SME for managers and interns on program requirements through various channels of communication, including webinar trainings.Essential Functions
Partner with key stakeholders across Talent Acquisition to assist in the design, build, and execution of innovative and strategic programs, ensuring consistency on a global scaleManage project plans related to short and long-term program TA strategiesAssist in project execution by working with key stakeholders by providing key communications and holding project teams accountable to timelines and deliverablesParticipate in creating overall program and project scope, timing, risks, and progressKnowledge and effective usage of project management methodologies, processes, and toolsUse data and research to identify root causes and areas to optimize work, establish operational efficienciesSupport in the design of programs to enable the organization’s ability to recruit and hire, focusing on key user groupsCross-collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to, Global Early Careers TA team, People Team, business leadersBuild, analyze, maintain, and distribute Talent Acquisition data analytics to stakeholder regarding performance indicators/trends to impact TA results and strategic objectivesBe a thought partner in developing and maximizing global programsUtilize data to define problems, ideate solutions, and implement solutionsBudget management, as appropriateAble to successfully work in a remote and/or hybrid work modelThis is a hybrid position. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $92,300 to $130,650 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
