For more information, visit www.vfc.com . **Job Title:** Analyst, Sustainability & Responsibility Data **How You Will Make a Difference** **_Principal Accountabilities:_** + Support VF’s Factory Compliance program with key performance indicator collection, organization and cleaning of data, and reporting. + Provide data in visual/report format, with the inclusion of the analysis of trends or anomalies (e.g. PPT, Tableau, etc.) + Assist in the development and management of databases including user guides, user accounts, data setting, and identification/proposal of system improvements. + Support the Global Responsible Operations team and Global Factory Compliance Standards and Strategy team for audit requests, scheduling, reports, and invoices where needed. + Coordinate with Global Sourcing teams, Brands team, Global Material Sourcing team and licensee teams on vendor and factory status, production type, production activity, and other basic information for audit and data management purposes. + Support in the improvement of audit process and documents for better data management, quality, consistency, and reporting. + Provide support for Factory Compliance training programs when needed. + Support the annual audit forecasting process and the quarterly audit confirmation process via collaboration with the Sr. Manager, Global Factory Compliance, Sr. Manager, S&R Data, Sr. Director, Responsible Sourcing Operations, and other internal stakeholders as needed. + Ad hoc reporting and data tasks may be necessary. **Knowledge & Skill Requirements** + Excellent in speaking and writing English. Local language skills are a plus. + Strong organization, communication skills. + Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from audit data and present those conclusions in a report format. + Proficiency in Excel and database processes with the ability to enter and report on data. + Excellent data management, analysis, and report/dashboard visualization skills + Knowledge of other software such as Tableau/Power BI/Smartsheet is a plus. + Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change through data-driven decision-making. **Free to Be, Inclusion & Diversity** As a purpose-led, performance driven company, we strive to foster a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness, and authenticity.
