Job Description

The Sales Operations team is a centralized support team responsible for sales operations and administrative activities.  As a member of the Sales Operations team, you engage in activities such as accounts receivable tracking, updating pricing in systems, initiating manual billing requests, and administration of customer portals.  You act as an extension of an Account Manager and their customer-focused team.


What You Will Do

Data Management in SAP and other tools (pricing data based on price agreements, plan prices and others)Calculate and post sales-related accruals, i.e. APRs/claims, buy-ins-, tooling- and engineering amortizationEnsure on-time calculation and reporting of adjusted revenueResponsibility for compliance with company policies and proceduresSupport and cooperation with Internal and External AuditProvide the Management Team/Organization with regular reporting and ad-hoc analysisParticipate in departmental improvement projectsPreparation and tracking of non-standard invoice requestsSupport of accounts receivable tracking, claims management and customer communicationVarious types of sales administration tasks like user access, customer portal management and special reporting

 

What You Need

Bachelor’s Degree in related field.Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a controlling or sales support functionAbility to work effectively in commercial environment and coordinating role with functional departmentsExperienced in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Knowledge of/experience in ERP systems: SAP FI/CO (SAP BW/IBP nice to have)Fluent in English with excellent communication skillsTenacious but professional approach. Flexible with a high degree of determination and perseverance

 

What is Nice to Have

Previous experience in controlling or sales support function at an automotive supplierExperience with SAP BW/IBP and SAP FI/CO

 

 

What Makes You Eligible

Be willing to travel up to 10%, domestic and international travelBe willing to work in an office in any region in Mexico, this role is eligible to work remotely full-time with occasional trips into the X office location required (this could be on 24-hour notice)Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
