Job DescriptionThis role focuses on driving innovation in property risk management by developing data-driven solutions, including models and machine-learning tools, to inform strategy. With a focus on property trends, climate change, and valuations, the analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic decisions for the home loans portfolio. As the sole analyst in the team, you will have the unique opportunity to design and lead the analytics function, delivering insights to enhance risk management and support growth through innovative and impactful solutions.

Experience
The role requires an individual with a solid foundation and understanding of bank processes, products, data, and systems, with 3-4 years of experience. Specific experience within Credit/Property or Risk Management will be advantageous. Proficiency in SAS or SQL, and other coding languages is also necessary. Advanced computer literacy with a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
