The Team and Job Summary
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Intellectual Property team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Intellectual Property team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional Analyst. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of the Intellectual Property industry, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks.
Job Responsabilities:
Perform and synthesize in-depth industry, technology, and company-specific research Review, organize, analyze, and summarize financial, marketing, and other documents produced by clients Build detailed financial models (i.e., discount cash flow, comparable market/transaction, weighted average costs of capital) Develop and communicate clear takeaways from such information with consideration for qualitative and quantitative factors Write detailed, persuasive reports and prepare PowerPoint presentations Communicate effectively with an array of team members, including senior leaders and clients, in a structured and thoughtful manner Successfully manage working on multiple concurrent, often vastly different, engagementsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required, engineering or technical background is a plus Academic success – minimum 3.5 GPA Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent written and oral communication skills High degree of professionalism, integrity, flexibility Exceptional analytical skills Ability to work well in a team environment Progress towards relevant certifications is a plus, such as CFA, CPA, ASA, etc.Applicants MUST submit resumes at https://oceantomo.isolvedhire.com.
