Summary
The Analyst, Investor Rept Sr is responsible for preparing and reconciling monthly investor reports and remittances, processing cash movements and responding to internal and external inquires related to investor reporting.
Essential Job Functions:
Perform analysis of system cutoff activity based on the remittance’s methodologyPerform pool to security reconciliations and test of expected cash analysis . Quantify overages and shortages and take appropriate steps to clear variancesPrepare reports and remit funds associated with the monthly loan activity to the investorsMonitor P&I custodial accounts to ensure no overdrafts occur and advances funds if neededManage relationships with GSE and non GSE representatives as it relates to servicing and investor reportingBalance scheduled/scheduled, actual/actual, or scheduled/actual loan level and pool level portfolios, reporting monthly balances and remittances according to investor guidelinesBe aware of new publications published by All Regs and update investor reporting policies and procedures to comply with the new requirementsResearch and clear cash adjustments before they become agedHandle daily inquiries from internal departments as it relates to investor reporting functionsRespond timely to Investor inquiries or requestsPrepare requested documentation for any internal or external auditsProcess loan transfers and portfolio reconciliations for acquired loansProvide requested data for any loans being service releasedAssist in training new hires when neededIdentify and target key investor-related issues for research, analysis, and resolution preparing summary reports of findingsPerform investor functionality testing in the service bureau system as neededSpecial projects as assignedMaintain regular and punctual attendance.Other Related Duties:
Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae reporting and reconciliation, including FNMA schedules 1,2 and 3Strong analytical skills with an excellent math aptitudeStrong attention to detailExperience with Fiserv, Business Objects, or Monarch is a plusPerforms other related duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University; or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
