Analyst, Customer Insights - MedSleuth

MedSleuth/DaVita is seeking a Technical Product Management leader for MedSleuth’s BREEZE Platform. We are looking for candidates who share our passion for tackling complexity head-on, to help build platforms that can scale through multiple orders of magnitude, while building and supporting a world class team. As part of a team seeking to transform transplantation and improve patient outcomes, your core responsibility would be to support and drive planning, prioritization and program execution to ensure high availability of our platform services.

A high-growth subsidiary of DaVita, MedSleuth and its BREEZE teams interact with a broad array of customer facing teams, internal business and engineering teams, and MedSleuth/DaVita partners to deliver a scalable and secure mix of clinical SaaS services. This requires a comprehensive understanding of distributed systems at an enterprise scale, a focus on customer satisfaction and success, and a relentless drive to focus on high-value projects and to prioritize ruthlessly.

General Purpose of the Job

The Customer Insights Analyst will be responsible for supporting the IT Voice of the Customer program focused on improving the operation side of the IT customer/consumer brand as part of the Service Operations and CSI phases of the ITIL Service Lifecycle. The person in this position will analyze data, assess the strategic opportunities and risks, present recommendations to relevant stakeholders and drive consensus and implement solutions as well as provide customer solutions to MedSleuth customers. Additionally, they will spend time with the customer to make sure feedback from the customer is matched with the data analysis process and effectively prioritized

This position will work directly with Incident, Problem, and Change. The Customer Insights Analyst will assist in documentation and processing of feedback that is part of Service Strategy phase (portfolio management, demand management, etc.) is passed to the IT Business Relationship Management team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work with the Customer Insight Managers in support of building and maintaining relationships with our customers

Find areas of opportunity by conducting data analysis and be able to map customer feedback to the results

Create and potentially present presentations for customers

Preform Ad hoc analysis to support business need

Identify new opportunities to improve customer exp through growth of existing services or new services or new customers

Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree required

2-4 years' experience assisting and providing actionable insights to customers

Specialized Experience, Education, Training, or Qualifications

General Understanding IT Systems

Public Speaking Comfort and Experience

Presentation creation experience

Working knowledge of Salesforce

Salary/ Wage Range

$55,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
