The Customer Compliance Analyst will process high volumes of transactions to include reconciling items from potential disparate items of the company’s financial interest. As a part of our team, you will perform root cause analysis, implement collection management processes, and monitor vendor violation claims and shortages. **Requirements** + Perform root cause analysis on vendor violation claims to identify issues and help drive resolution + Research and validate vendor violation claims + Help investigate and resolve all customer claims related to vendor violations + Handles customer dispute process in customers’ systems for invalid claim, complete all necessary requirements to ensure pre-notification customers notifications are tracked, traced and disputed if applicable + Maintain performance objectives and measurements established by supervisor **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree preferred + 1-3 year’s experience in Accounts Receivable, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance/Accounting + Ability to work independently with little supervision + Ability to communicate with Compliance Team, Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Teams + Computer skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook and SAP Newell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer’s, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
