SummaryCHS has an exciting opportunity in our Enterprise Credit Team. We are looking for a Sr. Credit Analyst to work within our Special Assets group primarily focused on our retail business and CHS Capital, our financial services provider. You must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities to ensure customer needs are met. You will need to be adaptable, detail oriented, dependable, a team player, a self-starter, and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities Assist with financial analysis of accounts within the portfolio, including the assessment of financial risk and credit worthiness, identifying key risk elements and security requirements, assigning risk ratings and recommending actions to reduce risk to CHSInteract with customers, loan officers, and business partners to gather operational and financial information in order to complete analysisEnsure compliance with credit policy and established guidelinesReport on credit risks and market conditions impacting the portfolio of accountsHelp drive continued improvements to streamline processesMinimum Qualifications (required) High School diploma or GED4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting and/or CreditAdditional Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related fieldAgriculture backgroundUnderstanding of UCC liens and/or Ag liensProficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookPre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
