Job description / Role Employment: Full Time

JOB PURPOSE:

Study, analyze and lead the development of AYP corporate strategy and the long-term business plans to enhance the business value. Support Al Yasat Petroleum performance management, and its Governance meeting. Lead AYP to contribute to ANDOC Initiatives such as Project light, Ideation, ADNOC ++ while assisting Board Secretary in leading Board & Company Meetings.

As a designated shared services provider for Al Dhafra Petroleum and Al Yasat Petroleum, all accountabilities, roles and responsibilities of the position shall be applicable to both companies.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

JOB SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Analyse and lead the development of AYP corporate strategy and long-term business plans in line with the Company's Vision and Mission.
- Study and draft the AYP corporate strategy framework across the organization to facilitate the implementation of corporate strategy.
- Prepare the AYP key performance indicators (KPls) & key initiatives across the organization to help in evaluating factors that are crucial to Company's success.
- Review of AYP Five Year Strategic Plan to ensure alignment with the long term corporate strategic business imperatives and objectives.
- Contribute to the development and verification of the AYP Five Year Strategic Plan to ensure alignment with the Long-term corporate strategic business imperatives and strategic objectives.
- Analyze AYP corporate data and draft the Five-Year Plan guidelines to ensure consistent structure and quality of content and its alignment with the long-term plans.
- Study and compare AYP Business Plans with previous plans to verify alignment, accuracy and consistency for decision making.
- Provide input in the preparation of the performance analysis presentation on the AYP Five Year Business Plan Management and Shareholders.
- Conduct analysis, provide comments, and update the AYP BP technical Data to provide the management with the corporate performance progress.
- Coordinate with the business partners (CNPCI) and review the identified requirements to assess the long-term business risks to make appropriate provisions in the Agreements for minimizing the risks.

Requirements:

GENERIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Budgets
- Support Al Yasat Finance Division to develop the Division's annual operational plans and optimal budget in line with business objectives ensuring that adequate funding provision is made for all Divisional activities within the agreed parameters and service levels including effective interfaces with Company's stakeholders and internal contributors.
- Provide input for preparation of the AYP Department/ Section budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.
- Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business management engineering/Science or equivalent Professional Qualification Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience, in Strategic Planning within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas.
