McGraw Hill conducts business through four operating segments: K-12, Higher Education, Global Professional, and International. The Analyst, Contract Management (CM) Operations, is primarily responsible for the operational support of McGraw Hill’s contract management and compliance processes. This position will report to our Assistant General Counsel. The key focus areas are the continuous improvement and implementation of CM processes and tools as well as internal customer solutions related to Global Procurement Operations Source to Settle process; data management and reporting including assisting in development of KPIs related to operations and policies. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. What You'll Do: Applies CM processes centered around our SaaS solution. Recommends and execute ideas to enhance the end user experience. Develop and maintain key data and reports required by the department, business, and/or third parties. Assist in the creation of KPIs for CM operations with a focus on enhancing the end-user experience. Assist in the development of compliance strategies and reporting related to MH policies and processes. Work closely with the Manager of Contract Operations to design and implement a comprehensive training strategy for CM Operations. This will include training end users and suppliers on the CM process, developing training materials and standard operating procedures, and overseeing the management of customer resource sites and tools.. Supports our business process outsource partner for any processes that are or could be outsourced to them through SOP development or managing escalations. Collaborates with other stakeholders across Global Procurement Operations Source to Settle process to ensure streamlined processes, including but not limited to, supplier onboarding, sourcing, procurement, and financial reporting. What you bring: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred. Experience with a contract management system, such as Ariba, Salesforce, or Oracle, etc. is preferred Proficient knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and Word Preferred: Experience with reporting tools, such as Tableau, is a plus Why work for us? The pay range for this position is between $62,000-$80,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
