Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board! **Why you'll love this job** + ​This job is a member of the Regulatory and Engineering Support Team within the Integrated Operations Division. + ​Responsible for reviewing and evaluating material set up requests data for specific organizational requirements. In addition, serves as a subject matter expert in the department workflow, on-call team support and processes training. Also, documents and facilitates integration of new processes and procedures in the group. **What you'll do** + ​Manages elements within established workflow for task execution and approvals + Interfaces with multiple computer programs or software to manage daily work and task execution + Understands, communicates, conveys processes within the department and across all departments + Provides on-call support and training to ensure accuracy and completeness in tracking, records and tracking + Ensures timely, accurate and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the digital repository system + Incorporates new technologies and systems into everyday processes + Works directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and other groups to optimize processes and create a feedback loop on quality of supplier data + Researches and resolves unmatched process flow data + Distributes and retains documents as required by FAA policy **All you'll need for success** **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + ​Bachelor's degree in Aviation or similar discipline and/or a total of 2 years aviation experience in the Aircraft Maintenance field as it relates to Quality Assurance, Maintenance, or Records + Strong experience working in parts tracking systems, inventory systems, STC and SCEPTRE, manuals **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + ​Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training + FAA Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT / A&P License) + FCC GROL (General Radiotelephone Operators License - Avionics) + Strong experience working in parts tracking systems, inventory systems, STC and SCEPTRE, manuals **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** + ​Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; high level of attention to detail; outstanding organizational skills + Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities on a daily basis + Ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment **What you'll get** Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: + Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
