Key Responsibilities

Determination of standard operation times and methods by making time and method analyze.Performing of time/performance studies for products in series in the current situation and defining machine capacity conducting line balancing activitiesImprovement of machine capacity in case the measured capacity is below the targetMaking machine capacity analysis for machine acceptance and modification process and inform to related departmentsConducting operator saturation analysis with a method study, eliminating non-value-added activities in the process to reduce operator saturation, and simplifying processesMaking process improvement projectsWorking on the cost reduction projectsPerforming the realization of lean manufacturing applications (VSM, SMED, ECRS etc.)Performing research/feasibility analysis/ implementation for the development of existing methods and technologies.Production system flow designMaking the necessary feasibility analysis to present the data to the top management in the investment processes or decisions of the factoryWorking to optimize all processes by using lean techniques

Education & Experience

Min. bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or similar.+3 years of experience in similar positionsGood MTM AnalysisStrong understanding of performance analysis (time and method)Experience with lean/WCM production techniquesProject ManagementFluency in English (min. B2)
