In this role, you will direct and guide the activities of a research, technical design and verification functions responsible for designing, developing, modifying and releasing to production analog and radio frequency components and integrated circuits for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. You may also evaluate final results of research and development projects to assure accomplishment of technical objectives. In addition, job functions include preparing and presenting reports outlining the outcome of technical projects, making recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results and directly influence the roadmaps for future product and research developments. As an Analog Design Manager, you may also select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. **Why TI?** + Engineer your future. If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **Minimum requirements:** + Minimum education: PhD in Electrical Engineering with direct application to RF + Minimum of 10 years of experience in RF design and related areas **Preferred qualifications:** + Prior experience leading RF design teams + Expert in RF simulation and other RF specific design tools + Experience with RF modeling + Ability to establish strong relationships with key technical and business stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes and define new processes when needed + Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work and lead teams; collaborate effectively with people in different functions and organizations + Ability to take the initiative and drive for results + Strong time management skills that enable on-time project to delivery **ECL/GTC Required:** Yes
