Position Purpose The Senior Content Analyst is an internal consultant to the content team who tracks business outcomes to meet their objectives. The Senior Content Analyst generates value from deep business and data knowledge, enabling the definition of business opportunities through the analysis of large volumes of data. Primary Accountabilities + Perform adhoc Content analysis (COC%, TOP NYA, Opportunities in NYA and NO%, MDM, etc.) + Knowledge and Mastery of Content Databases (Catalogs and Product) + Supports the Znet Managers team in generating content opportunity analysis (images, bullet attributes and marketing copy report, 12 week out reports, etc.) + Work along with the content team to develop new automated reports. Education & Experience Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Area of Study: Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or comparable field. Years of Experience: Two to three years. Type of Experience: "• Database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, SAS (mandatory) • Advanced Excel with programming (preferably) • Knowledge of the retail industry (preferably)" Special Certifications or Technical Skills: "• English - able to maintain a business conversation. • Must be able to write advanced SQL queries such as may include left joins, having, and exists conditions."
