+ Efetuar os pedidos de compra de matéria prima de acordo com a demanda gerada no sistema ERP da empresa assegurando que os itens estejam disponíveis para produção nas datas planejadas; + Emitir ordens de compra da matéria prima importada (China, Europa e EUA) e nacional; + Monitorar saldo de estoque dos itens, realizando follow-up das ordens de compra, atentando-se ao lead time de entrega junto à área de comércio exterior, visando atender as demandas de produção e do time de vendas; + Realizar "phase in" e "phase out" de itens de matéria prima; + Responder pelos níveis de estoque, ajustando o volume quando necessário e garantindo o adequado abastecimento; + Analisar o fechamento do estoque identificando itens com baixo giro a fim de gerar planos de ação para consumo (Slow/ No Movers); + Garantir entrega e gestão dos KPI’s da área, analisando oportunidades de melhoria; + Propor iniciativas e participar ativamente dos projetos Transformacionais da área.
