The Air Dominance Finance Organization has an immediate opening for a Production Lead (M4) within the AMRAAM® Production Program. AMRAAM® Production is currently under contract through Lot 38 missile deliveries with an $8B+ proposal in work for a multi-year contract along with active Test Equipment efforts. This high visibility program is driving $700M+ annual revenue for 2025 along with significant cash deliveries for the ASDS portfolio.
This role provides a tremendous opportunity for a highly motivated individual to support execution of our active AMRAAM® Production and Test Equipment contracts. This individual will partner with the AMRAAM Production Business Manager leading a team of 2-3 analysts to support EACs, Financial Reporting, CDRLs, and ad hoc tasking. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite to collaborate cross-functionally across PMO, OPS, SCM, ENG, and QMA as a critical business partner to analyze cost & schedule performance variances, identify performance trends, drive correct actions to closure, and improve predictability of the EAC process. An ideal individual for this role will be a strong communicator with a desire to learn, seek process improvements and efficiency opportunities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
Support the EAC process by driving functional meetings and collaborating with functional counterparts to EAC inputs are analyzed and provided on schedule.Coordinate & Communicate with SSBU and Program Finance teams to set expectations for EAC and forecast deliverables including flow down and deliverable timing & expectations.Drive the Production team's RPLAN updates and conduct trend analysis and communicate how program performance impacts BSEC (Bookings, Sales, Earnings, & Cash).Financial point of contact for Program Management and be able to provide financial guidance to IPT leads and non-finance organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.Meet critical deadlines and develop reports to encourage solutions and process improvements. Support Ad-hoc requests as required.Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experienceExperience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (ex. Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain)Experience with APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office, RPLAN, EDIT+ or a similar systemExperience with Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and/or PowerPointThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceQualifications We Prefer

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
