Job summary
As an AML/KYC Transfer Agent in our Operations team, you will have the opportunity to oversee and ensure quality assurance for global AML/KYC handling Luxembourg funds. This role allows you to manage complex structures and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, providing a challenging and rewarding environment for your career growth.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee/QA to AML/KYC Operations teams located globally handling Luxembourg fundsPerform appropriate level of Quality Assurance including assessments of complex ownership structuresHandle AML and KYC related requirements for Investors and related parties, and escalating potential issues to Senior Management and external parties as applicable, as well as handling Client and Investor queries and escalations to provide suitable solutionsPerform internal controls daily, weekly and monthly and escalating as required, as well as escalation of any irregularities or high risk findingsEnsure monthly reporting and oversight requirements are met as part of the wider team via performing internal controls/oversight with a view to focus on trends/patterns and concerns within our operations teamEmbrace change and to strive for continuous process improvement in order to achieve greater efficiencies and to improve the effectiveness of services and systemsWork in partnership with key stakeholders within the Transfer Agency, the Corporate Investment Bank team and our clients in order to keep abreast of changes to client servicing requirements and/ or regulatory or policy driven changesAdhere to appropriate operational policies and procedures and ensuring same are kept up to date within the team
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
Fluent in both written and spoken EnglishPrevious experience in a Transfer Agency role with knowledge of AML/KYC products and industry, particularly in LuxembourgStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and clientsProficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointCapable of working independently and proactively, while also being a collaborative team playerAbility to make decisions under pressure, embrace new challenges, and demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skillsClient-focused, ensuring adherence to service level agreements with a strong understanding of risk and control
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
Any other European languages is an advantageKnowledge on automation Tools such as Alteryx will be an advantage
