Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

NCR Voyix is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Leader who will be responsible for managing, developing, and scaling the company’s channel sales programs in the Americas.  This leader will work closely with both internal constituents and channel partners to refine and execute channel programs, create and execute channel-specific offerings, and maximize sales opportunities, while driving consistent revenue growth.  The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel program development, strategic account management, and driving partner-led revenue growth within the retail technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

    •        Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing creative strategies that maximize selling NCR solutions to, through, and with channel partners in the Americas.

    •        Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, while evaluating existing partners. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key channel executives to drive growth and enhance partner satisfaction.

    •        Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business plans with select partners to drive market penetration, identify new opportunities, and expand NCRV footprint.

    •        Marketing & Demand Generation: Work with Marketing & Sales leaders to implement joint marketing programs, promotional events, and enablement initiatives.

    •        Partner Enablement: Provide partners with the tools, training and resources needed to effectively sell the NCR Voyix portfolio.  Monitor and evaluate partner performance to optimize sales efforts and address performance gaps.

    •        Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Leaders, Product Managers, and other internal teams to align sales strategies and drive partner success for a unified go-to-market approach.

    •        Market & Competitive Intelligence: Act as a key liaison between NCR Voyix and the channel partner network, providing insights on market trends, competitive dynamics, and partner needs.

    •        Operational Excellence: Ensure effective resource allocation, manage budgets, and optimize channel performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

    •        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Finance (MBA preferred).

    •        10-12 years of experience in channel sales, business development or strategic sales.

    •        At least 4 years in a leadership position.

    •        Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth through partner networks.

    •        Strong understanding in a channel sales model, preferably in a SaaS company, with strong network.

    •        Exceptional business acumen with negotiation and strategic planning skills.

    •        Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.

    •        Excellent communication, relationship management, and project execution skills.
