Schedule and Benefits:
Position is scheduled for 40 hours a week Monday through Friday, with traditional, daytime hours.The position will be located on the Boise Regional Medical Campus.Day 1 Benefits – colleagues are eligible for health, retirement and PTO accruals beginning the very first day of employment.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business, health care management, engineering, finance, project management required. Master’s degree preferred.Exceptional, demonstrated project management skills. PMP (project management professional certificate preferred)Minimum of five (5) years' experience in leadership role interfacing with senior level management and ability to lead teams and influence outcomes through collaboration and coordination.Exceptional interpersonal, (written & verbal) leadership, project management and analysis skills to interact effectively with senior leadership teams, physicians, department managers, boards and staff. Experience and understanding of primary care and multi-specialty physician network as well as multiple hospital facility structure with multiple service line specialties. Advanced computer skills in spreadsheet, database and word processing/presentations.Experience and knowledge of construction management and complex real estate, construction and architectural concepts strongly desired.What You Will Do:
Responsible for facilitating and the operational implementing of system-wide strategic capital projects as assigned such as new medical office buildings, clinics, ambulatory centers, acquisitions, and new construction. Assists senior management with alignment and prioritization of program/projects with strategic plan. Manages / provides oversight and direction on assigned projects/programs including budgets, schedules, timelines, goals, objectives and analysis and coordination between all relevant and interested parties and functional areas. Facilitates interdisciplinary support of projects/programs across the health system. Manage idea generation, research, financial and strategic analysis, planning and including project/program implementation.Highlights and Benefits:
