Amazon Ads is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our CPG Brand Partnerships team in Spain. As a key member of our rapidly growing advertising organization, you will drive measurable outcomes for CPG brand advertisers and agencies, leveraging Amazon's innovative ad solutions across sponsored, display, video, and audio formats.
Qualifications:
- Large experience in digital advertising sales or partnerships, with a strong focus on the CPG industry
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of the Spanish CPG market and its advertising landscape
- Extensive experience with CTV, audio, and programmatic advertising
- Strong knowledge of upper-funnel marketing strategies and their application in the CPG sector
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional European languages are a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of customer obsession and innovation within the CPG vertical.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue and product adoption goals for Amazon's advertising solutions within the Spanish CPG market.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at key CPG brands and agencies, acting as a trusted advisor on their marketing strategies.
4. Drive the adoption of Amazon's CTV and Audio ad solutions among CPG clients, with a focus on upper-funnel marketing strategies.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and create scalable advertising solutions tailored to the unique needs of CPG brands in Spain.
6. Oversee the development and presentation of tailored advertising programs and pitches that highlight Amazon's value proposition to CPG clients.
7. Lead negotiations for significant advertising deals, including upfront agreements with major CPG brands.
8. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategic decision-making and product development.
9. Work closely with the leadership team to contribute to the overall growth strategy of Amazon Ads in Spain and the broader European market.
