Miller Brother Staffing has the immediate need of experienced Aluminum MIG Welders for 2nd shift.

Pay Rate –    $23.50  per hour
Shift:                                 Monday through Friday, 1st shift:  5:30am-4:30pm

3 most important things -  1.) measuring skills/tape measure  2.) aluminum MIG welding exp  3.) reading skills
*ability to read blueprints/work orders is a big plus
Job Description/Duties: Mig welding – working mainly with aluminum Attention to Detail: Make clean lines and cuts when welding. Paying attention to the job at hand is necessary.  Dexterity:  Work with their hands and need to be steady during the welding process.  Strength:  Need to lift or hold heavy pieces of metal in place while welding.  Technical Skills:  Welding equipment requires technical know-how, as does reading blueprints and understanding how the final product should look.  Troubleshooting Skills:  Our Welders should see flaws in welds or structural imperfections in the metal.
Physical Demands-      Ability to stand for entirety of shift (10+ hours), ability to bend/reach/stoop, should have strong wrists, ability to lift 50 lbs.
