Join us! **Job Description:** Responsible for identification and management of business governance issues associated with the delivery of retirement products and services. The Alternative Investments (“AI”) group at Bank of America offers distinctive capabilities focused on sourcing and delivering differentiated complex investment strategies to clients including Private Equity and Hedge Funds products. The Investment Solutions Group ("ISG") Product Governance Team is responsible for fostering a best in class operating and risk management culture across ISG product organizations. The team collaborates with all the product groups across ISG to understand the different products and processes in order to ensure consistent operations, controls and governance. The team is looking for a highly motivated individual to participate of key initiatives and support business oversight risk routines across the AI and Investment Solutions Group (“ISG”) product organizations.
