Are you someone who can:

Formulate and implements investment plans requiring exposure to different investment products in all areasAssist in the management and performance tracking of alternative investment portfolios, with a focus on property and infrastructure investments.Analyze real estate investment opportunities, including direct and indirect property investmentsAssess credit risk for infrastructure investments and similar private equity-style financing structuresAssist in maintaining accurate investment records and ensure compliance with governance frameworksCollaborate with internal teams, external fund managers, property developers, and financial institutions and support presentations and reports for investment committees and institutional investors

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Are a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in a Economics, Finance, Investment ManagementCompletion of CFA Level II will be advantegous.Have a minimum of 3 to 5  years’ experience in property investments, infrastructure financing, or credit analysis.Have experience in private equity investments, project finance, or structured finance will be beneficialHave a strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.Have solid understanding of credit assessment and risk management in alternative assets.Have knowledge of the Namibian property and infrastructure investment landscape.Have excellent communication and report-writing skills.Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
