**Human Resources Business Partner Apprentice**
As an HRBP Apprentice, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to support strategic HR initiatives that align with our business goals. This hands-on experience will provide you with insights into how HR functions as a trusted partner to business leaders, with a focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Support Strategic HR Initiatives: Assist HRBPs in implementing key projects such as change management, and talent development programs.
• Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement activities, including conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and presenting actionable insights.
• Talent Management: Collaborate on performance management processes, career development initiatives, and succession planning efforts.
• HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Policy and Program Development: Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and communication materials.
• Project Management: Manage specific HR projects or workstreams, ensuring deliverables are met on time and align with strategic priorities. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with COEs to support cross-functional initiatives
**Qualifications:**
+ Post graduate or enrolled in advanced degree program in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
+ Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Interest in organizational design, talent strategy, and HR best practices.
+ Preferred Skills: Previous experience in an HR role or internship. Familiarity with HRIS systems and data visualization tools.
+ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
+ Inquisitive mindset. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
+ Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
