You will:
Want to work in a resident-centred servicePlay a major part in making residents’ lives better in preventing and relieving homelessnessHave knowledge of Allocations policies, the Housing Act 1996 and Homeless Reduction Act 2017Previous experience of Novalet and information@work systems is desirable but not essential as training will be providedHave willingness and ability to learnKey elements of your responsibilities will include:
Providing housing options advice for applicants,Verifying applications for permanent accommodation,Allocating temporary accommodation in line with the Temporary Accommodation Placement Policy and suitability assessmentsAllocating Prevention and PSRO’s offers
