Who You Are: 

As the Allocation Analyst for Curaleaf, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing in-store inventory to drive sales, margin, and overall store performance across Arizona. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Regional Leadership, Operations, and Retail, you'll execute strategies that align with our retail goals and maximize performance across the state.

What You’ll Do: 

Plan and allocate monthly floor space using Store/Product Volume Rankings and Allocation Plan analysis, ensuring alignment with company standards via the allocation tool Manage weekly product replenishment by analyzing store performance, trends, and promotional needs, ensuring alignment with company standards Manage and allocate replenishment and stock balancing models to maintain optimal in-stock product levels across the company Collaborate with Operations and Planners to develop allocation strategies that align with retail, visual, product, marketing, and promotional goals, maximizing store and hub space Analyze and update store and product category size profiles, integrating data into initial and replenishment allocations to meet company standards Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to influence buy plans and assortment strategies, ensuring alignment with company standards Leverage data analysis and field communication to understand store, district, and regional performance, trends, and variances, optimizing allocation strategies accordingly Develop and allocate store opening assortments and unit plans for new and remodeled stores, ensuring optimal product stock levels at launch Leverage programming expertise and experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) to enhance the allocation tool, optimize store shelves and ensure accurate data for improved functionality

What You’ll Bring:

You have 2 years of retail and/or logistics experience You can travel to retail stores and operational sites in the Phoenix area as needed, with your primary work location based in the Scottsdale corporate office You have strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and trends, along with excellent collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams You have the ability to develop and execute detailed allocation plans that drive sales and boost store performance, aligning with company standards You bring programming efficiency and experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) to enhance and implement the allocation tool You have strong knowledge of retail strategies, particularly within company standards, and the ability to seamlessly integrate them into effective allocation strategies
