About the Role

SS&C Blue Prism (BP) is seeking an Alliance account manager to build / drive / develop and execute an effective Partner strategy. This individual will be an essential part and contributor to the EMEA Alliances team and revenue growth of the company.  These partnerships are a fundamental part of our strategy to take market share and will lead the transformation of many of our largest customers and encourage a number of new clients to follow.

Your Responsibilities

Position SS&C Blue Prism leadership with key alliance regional leadership in each of the practice, vertical and horizontal solution areas gaining joint commitment to execute revenue and customer penetration targets in each areaAlign with the in-region alliance account leads and country leads that have a strong relationship with the specific alliance to drive execution plans across the key strategiesDevelop the strategic and tactical execution plan that can be replicated across the alliance to gain maximum penetration with the focused investmentWork across Blue Prism functional teams, e.g., marketing, Tech Alliance Program, professional services, and customer success to drive end to end solution investmentsChampion SS&C Blue Prism within all aspects of the allianceEmbed in joint speaking opportunities, thought leadership, etc.Be known to alliance leaders and sector sales in the areas of the business that are key to our successResponsible for identification, development, forecasting and management opportunities to achieve the mutual revenue goalsWork with Marketing to drive the maximum ROI from partner marketing investment and demand generation campaigns in conjunction with the stakeholders conduct Sales presentationsReward structure based on bookings and renewals revenue.Alliance revenue measured by BP IARR targets – cross sell, upsell, new logosAlliance / BP customer retentionStrategy definition and alignment across BP and the AllianceLaunch of joint solutions in targeted areas as per aligned roadmapTarget account growth in BP / Key Alliance account listDevelop an effective strategy for the Alliance growth to become a significant contributor for both SS&C Blue Prism and the Alliances businessDevelop and maintain the deep understanding of the markets within each Alliance how they operate and build a defence and offensive partner competitive strategyActively promote and develop the increased commitment and Intelligent Automation service delivery, competency, and capacityAct as a liaison between Alliances and BP stakeholders, sharing the information and raising awareness conducive for a fruitful relationshipAct as the internal expert, support our efforts in EMEA region, offering advice, support to regional Partner Managers

Your Experience

Strong experience in a commercial Partner/Alliance/Channel sales environment with proven success.Well established contacts and relationships with a cross-section of GSI’s in EMEA will be a distinct advantageExcellent understanding of complex solution sales cycle and a proven track record of successful solution selling.Broad industry experience – Advisory Consulting, Alliances, channels.Clear and sustained ability of developing and influencing long-term relationships, alongside, credibility at executive and the operational level.Mixture of new business and account management.Excellent communicator and able to present 1:1, 1: few and 1: manyAn inquisitive and tenacious individual who relishes a challengeAbility to recruit and manage a ‘virtual’ team to support themselves and the partners.Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and sometimes difficult environment, coupled with an ability to manage conflictAbility to build credibility at executive and operational level.Experience of the Financial Services industry would be a distinct advantage
