Alarm Monitoring Operator

Hobby Lobby's Loss Prevention is searching for a self-driven, detailed orientated and motivated individual that can provide support for over 1,000 retail stores. This position is located on the Hobby Lobby campus which is located in Southwest, Oklahoma City.
Current Shifts Available: Night Shift: Sunday thru Tuesday 6PM to 6AM and Wednesdays 6PM to 12AM Responsibilities: Responsible for managing alarm events, verifying security information, notifying and updating emergency services such as fire and police agencies and follow up with the store managerRespond to all incoming alarm signals in the automation software according to documented proceduresLogs all information into the automation system immediately and accuratelyProvide alarm reset instructions and basic troubleshooting while on the telephone Work with service and installers in identifying issues and the need for repair and determine appropriate tech (HVAC, Sprinkler or Security Alarm)Scheduling and following up on repair service calls and provide customer updatesEnsure confidentiality of the customer at all timesPerform all other duties assignedCall Center or Alarm Center experience helpful but not required Must have a minimum of 2 years of similar or relatable office experiencePC proficient with a minimum of 40 wpm typing and the ability to master multiple software programs with high accuracy and precision Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications – Word and Excel required Ability to multi-task and stay calm during stressful situations Advanced written and oral communication skills Skillful listener and detail orientated Ability to sit for extended hours Must be dependable with reliable transportation Team player Benefits include:Competitive WagesMedical, Dental and Prescription Benefits401(k) Program with Company MatchPaid VacationSick / Personal Pay (SPP)Employee DiscountLife Insurance and Long Term Disability Insurance (LTD)Flexible Spending PlanHoliday PayIntegris Clinic and Pharmacy on CampusChaplain Services on CampusHobby Lobby Stores Inc., is an Equal Opportunity Employer
