To ensure that Emirates fleet is airworthy by carrying out the activities and requirements as per the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) CAR M.710 and Emirates Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) Part 4A. Subsequently, ensure the issuance of the CAR AWF-ARC-15b in a timely manner and make recommendations to the GCAA for the issuance of CAR AWF-ARC-15a.
In this role, you will:
Review all GCAA regulations to ensure that regulatory requirements and standards are maintained and continuously pursue improvement of processes.Reviews, as scheduled by the Airworthiness Review Manager (ARM) ensuring that the ARC certificate, (AWF-ARC-15b) is issued on a timely manner. In addition, make recommendations to the GCAA on the issuance of CAR AWF-ARC-15a.Accurately review all the required documents for Airworthiness Review Certification (ARC) to a sufficient detail and depth as required by the CAR M regulations.Carry out the aircraft physical survey as per the ARC Form AR/F/002, recording the findings in the ARC files and ensuring effective closure in a timely manner. Formally track, record and manage any findings arising from ARC process using the Q-PULSE system.Highlight to ARC manager and NPH any level 1 findings and liaise with key stakeholders of the Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) to address issues/adverse trends in need of resolution through dedicated meetings.Ensure that all requisite ARC review process application forms to the GCAA, have been filled correctly before submission.Exercise the privilege of GCAA ARC approval carefully and diligently and thereby ensure that aircraft maintenance records are subject to scrutiny for accuracy and correct content.Participate in the new aircraft delivery process and coordinate with Legal, Engineering Projects and the GCAA for the purpose of recommending AWF-ARC-15a.Perform any supplemental and related tasks as assigned by the ARC manager, including but not limited to internal procedure and process review and facilitating any internal and external audits conducted to the Section.To ensure that Emirates fleet is airworthy by carrying out the activities and requirements as per the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) CAR M.710 and Emirates Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) Part 4A. Engineering. Maintenance Control 10 yearsDegree or Honours (12 3 or equivalent)Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Avionics/ Electronic/ Tech Engineering or holder of an ICAO Type Two Aircraft Maintenance Licence in B category.Experience in Engineering, Airworthiness and Maintenance EnvironmentPreferred holder of GCAA Acceptance letter for the role of ARC Auditor.Extensive experience in regulatory, airworthiness and maintenance aspects of modern aircraft and/or equipment, preferably with the majority in a CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) environment.Valid UAE driving licence and/or Dubai Airports airport driving permitGood knowledge of UAE GCAA latest airworthiness regulations (CAR M/CAR 145 and CAR 21) and auditing techniques.Details of Safety Sensitive role: Yes
