This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Airtable Consultant to join our highly collaborative team, responsible for building and optimizing Marketing workflows, managing integrations, training, and enabling the full functionality of the Airtable SaaS tool. The tool is expected to efficiently organize, track and manage all marketing campaigns in order to boost productivity, help hit targets, and improve inter-departmental communication. You'll support that goal by building features that enable better collaboration and automation -- if you have the skills, we want to hear from you!



RESPONSIBILITIES

* You will work closely with business stakeholders, Marketing Solutions teammates, and product teams to define and elevate workflow strategy within Airtable

* Capture and manage current state business process maps and define future state business processes maps to facilitate current projects.

* Solution, build, and implement new workflows, utilizing Airtable, based on business requirements

* Define, quantify, and realize the value story for all product enhancements and projects

* Manage business demos and user acceptance testing

* Manage and communicate project statuses to all stakeholders

* Leverage latest Airtable features to deliver the most future-forward solutions

* You have a proven history of executing with a wide range of cross-functional business stakeholders

* You have experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects iteratively with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic and agile environment

* You can communicate notable releases/features to relevant business partners

* Provide occasional off-hours support to deploy changes that would impact base performance or interfere with day-to-day operations, address outages, or pressing system issues
