We are seeking an **Executive Sous Chef** with prior culinary supervisory/management skills and hands-on food production experience to join our team at the **American Airlines/British Airways (AA/BA) lounges at JFK Airport.** Sodexo operates this 3-tiered lounge which services international, long-haul travelers and will offer top-tier amenities and expanded premium food and beverage offerings. **The successful candidate will:** + be responsible for purchasing, menu/recipe compliance, inventory, food production forecasting, hands-on cooking; + supervision of large-scale batch cooking; + ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented; + have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations; + ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or + have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems. **Is this opportunity right for you?
