**JOB SUMMARY**
The Assistant Site Manager oversees daily airport maintenance operations, ensuring efficiency in work order management, supply coordination, and workforce productivity. This role provides leadership for maintenance and administrative staff, enforces safety and compliance standards, and optimizes operational performance to improve efficiency, profitability, and safety. The position also requires financial oversight, customer expectation management, and adherence to company safety programs and training.

**YOUR IMPACT**
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
+ Oversee work order execution, preventive maintenance, scheduling, and asset management.
+ Train, mentor, and support maintenance and administrative staff.
+ Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company training and procedures.
+ Improve efficiency, profitability, and safety within site operations.
+ Provide operational oversight, filling in for Shift Supervisors as needed.
+ Manage and measure customer expectations to ensure service quality.
+ Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and performance tracking.
+ Perform administrative, human resources, and financial duties as required.
+ Ensure compliance with airport security requirements and obtain necessary badging.
+ Other duties as needed.
**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Associate’s degree in construction, engineering, or a related field or 5 years' experience in related field.
+ Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
+ At least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
+ Valid driver’s license.
+ Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
+ Availability for on-call duties, including occasional evenings and weekends.
**STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
+ Experience in **operations, facility maintenance, administration, finance, electrical maintenance, and safety.**
+ Familiarity with **aviation, airport, and airline operations** is a plus.
+ Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong **presentation skills** for reporting and team communications.
+ Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
+ Proficiency in CMMS and office software (spreadsheets, word processing, project management).
**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
While performing the duties of Assistant Site Manager, the employee is regularly required to stand; sit; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and work in small spaces. Ladder work required. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in outside weather conditions on an airport ramp around aircrafts and the confined areas of baggage conveyor systems. Specific vision abilities required by this job include good, close proximity vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Good hand / eye coordination is required.
**WORK ENVIRONMENT**
The primary work environment is similar to an office environment. However, the Assistant Site Manager must have the ability to conduct business in outside weather conditions, near moving machinery parts; on an active Airport ramp; near vehicles and jet aircraft.
**Pay Range:**
$72,200.00 - $116,200.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
