STS Aviation Services is rapidly expanding and we are looking for experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our team at our Manchester Hangar.

Important: Applicants MUST be either citizens of the United Kingdom or possess valid work authorization for the UK, with at least two years remaining before the expiration date.

Key Responsibilities: Remove major aircraft structural sections while ensuring stress jacking. Follow manufacturer’s drawings and SRMs to implement modifications. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety at all times. Work to fine tolerances and ensure all work meets high-quality standards. Required Skills & Abilities: Completed aircraft engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years’ aircraft and structures experience. Strong experience in an aircraft modification/production environment. Ability to read and follow manufacturer drawings and procedures. Excellent hand skills and attention to detail.
