In this role, you will be responsible for performing essential **aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs** , ensuring safety and reliability for commercial aerospace operations. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and performance of cutting-edge aircraft systems. **What You’ll Do** + Perform **routine and unscheduled maintenance** on aircraft systems, components, and structures. + Conduct **inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs** following safety regulations and industry standards. + Diagnose and resolve **mechanical, electrical, and structural issues** to ensure airworthiness. + Work with maintenance teams to execute repairs efficiently and document all work performed. + Follow **FAA guidelines, manufacturer manuals, and company protocols** to ensure compliance. + Maintain a **safe and organized work environment** , using appropriate tools and protective equipment. + Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and quality control teams to support **efficient aircraft operations** . **What We’re Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** + **High School Diploma or equivalent.** + Experience performing **basic to semi-complex aircraft maintenance and repairs** . + Strong knowledge of **aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations** . + Ability to read and interpret **technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics** . + Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude. + Willingness to adhere to **FAA and company compliance standards** . + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
