Structures Mechanic (DOD) in Wichita, KS

Description:

Perform sheet metal and composite assembly for the production of the stealth aircraft, fighter jets, or military helicoptersComplete riveting, drilling, and countersinking to install components and fasteners for the fuselageComplete sealing of aircraft structures and componentsSelf-inspect components and assemblies, including frames and skins, performing rework when necessaryOther duties may be assigned

Requirements:

1.       Active Secret Clearance

Tools are NOT required

Pay:

Rate: $45.00/hrOT: $67.50/hr

Work Schedule:

1.      Must be flexible on shift – contractors will be split between 1st, and 2nd

Placement:

1.      12+ month Contract, with strong potential for extension

2.       There will be opportunities to go direct if you’re interested, normally around the 6-month mark
