Air Systems Analyst - Junior

Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Junior Air Systems Analyst for a position in Quantico, Virginia.

Junior Air Systems Analyst will:

Conduct All-Source analysis of foreign air and air defense systems, as well as air forces and operations, including but not limited to exercises, tactics, platforms, sensors, strategies and doctrines, weapons, and readiness. Analyze military air force and potential commercial airline activities and assets, including but not limited to commercial airlines, military aircraft, cargo movements, logistics and maintenance, readiness, counternarcotics, illicit trade, command and control (C2), defensive systems, and airbase infrastructure. Maintain knowledge and proficiency of air platforms and weapon systems within the air domain, including but not limited to: fixed-wing aircraft, rotor-wing aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, surface-to-air missiles, and air-to-air missiles. Provide portfolio-specific analysis, expertise, and intelligence production as outlined below. Conduct Threat Steering Groups with participants from USMC Combat Development & Integration to identify key factors and significant risk drivers for potential material solutions that may influence lifecycle cost, performance, schedule, and other acquisition decisions. Produce and deliver Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries to support Marine Corps Acquisition Programs throughout the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process, assisting the Defense Acquisition System.
