Air Export Customer Service
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual for a possible temp-to-hire Air Export Customer Service position. The ideal candidate will have experience in air export operations and a strong background in client service. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Excel Reporting:** Ensure all reports are accurate, completed on time, and properly distributed. + **Client Coordination:** Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to implement and maintain client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + **Client Contact:** Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients regarding operational issues and provide timely responses to inquiries. + **Service Coordination:** Coordinate client service efforts with all offices and departments involved in managing assigned accounts. + **Industry Knowledge:** Demonstrate an understanding of the Export industry, particularly air export processes and regulations. + **Interpersonal Communication:** Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively. + **Issue Resolution:** Proactively address and resolve operational issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in Air Export Customer Service or similar role. + Strong proficiency with Excel, particularly in generating and managing reports. + Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks. + Strong problem-solving and resolution-oriented mindset. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
