To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** Job Description + Communicate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and pain points. + Design generative AI solutions for HR-related business, including technology selection, architecture design, and data processing workflows. + Draft detailed solution documentation, including technical plans, implementation schedules, and cost estimates. + Oversee overall project planning and management, ensuring timely and quality project delivery. + Coordinate internal teams to facilitate smooth project progress. + Address various issues during the project to ensure the achievement of project goals. + Provide technical consulting and support to internal users in the field of AI & generative AI, addressing their technical inquiries. + Acting as an AI tech product manager to increase user experience for HR systems and products. Requirements + Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience. + At least 5 years of experience in the generative AI field, with a preference for having successfully implemented projects. + Proficiency in generative AI technologies, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), image generation, and speech synthesis. + Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or Java, is preferred. + Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization. + Deep understanding of the generative AI market, with the ability to identify industry trends and customer needs. + Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. + Experience in successfully implementing HR AI applications & solutions for HR is a plus. **Additional Locations** : * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing） * China * China - Beijing * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing）
