We’re looking for an AI/ML Team lead to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

Responsibilities:Manage an AI/ML team and contribute to their growth & career path.Lead and oversee resource allocation to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.Mentor team members on AI/ML best practices and drive technical excellence.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and design machine learning models to achieve them, including defining metrics to measure success.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and apply them strategically.Required skills, knowledge, and experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electronics & CommunicationsM.Sc. in ML related fields is a strongly preferred.Proven experience working on ML/AI projects building customer facing productsPeople management experience.Hands-on experience in building ML pipelines, deploying models to production, and optimizing ML systems.Proven experience in delivering end-to-end ML solutions, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance of models in production.Proven ability to mentor, guide, and motivate a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.In depth understanding of at least one or more of the following: classical ML models, deep learning models & LLM.Familiar with recent generative AI research.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.Strong SW Engineering background.Excellent communication skills & presentation skills.
