AI/ML Senior Engineer Embedded AI

In that role you are able to work on key enabling technologies for ADAS and AD features.

Required

Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related fieldExpert with proven background in embedded software developmentProfessional hands-on experience in Embedded AI, DSP / accelerator real-time implementation (2 years +)Must have strong programming skills in C, C++ including applying compiler and debugging methodsExperience in development of deep learning (transformers would be a plus) from scientific or professional back ground, preferably in perception domainExperience with code optimization approaches, well understanding of memory dependenciesFamiliar with fixed point implementation and quantization and tool development in that areaFamiliar with instruction sets and memory architectures, FPGA, DSP and AI processorsExcellent analytical skills and a good mathematical backgroundAbility to understand complex AI/ML based algorithms on all levels, capability to find alternative implementations that have impact on runtimeGeneral knowledge about perception, tracking, fusion and path planning algorithms

Experience developing software as part of a teamAutomotive and with ADAS / ADAcademic background on above experience, authorship on relevant literature

Your tasks

•     Expertise leader in Embedded AI, helping in customer and project planning activities

•     Benchmark and develop prototypes for proof of concept phase

•     Develop and apply tools and methods enabling related activities

•     Support hardware selection processes and become company expert for AI SoCs

•     Interdisciplinary communication with algorithm experts and system developers
