Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop state-of-the-art generative models tailored to specific use cases, ensuring high accuracy and performance.Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and identify opportunities for their application within the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate generative AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy, ensuring they meet business requirements and standards.Develop and implement evaluation metrics to assess the effectiveness of generative AI models.Document and present findings, methodologies, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.Contribute to the development of AI/ML best practices, standards, and tools within the organization.Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation.Some careers shine brighter than others.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).12 years’ Experience in ITExpertise in developing and training generative models.Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries.Experience with internal cloud platforms (VMWare) for model deployment.Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.Strong understanding of deep learning techniques, particularly in the domain of generative models (GANs, VAEs, Transformers).Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is a plus.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and relevant libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn).Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and think outside the box.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.A track record of publications in reputable AI/ML conferences or journals is preferred but not required.Passion for staying current with the latest AI/ML research and developments.You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.
