What does a successful AI Integration Specialist do at Fiserv?

The Artificial Intelligence Integration Specialist ensures that AI technologies are effectively integrated and utilized to provide secure, efficient and personalized payment solutions while automating root cause analysis generation from incident data, creating weekly incident summaries, and implementing incident similarity search to significantly reduce mean time to resolution (MTTR).

What you will do:

Play a crucial part in advancing Fiserv’s AI capabilities, focusing on incident management efficiency and preventative measures by reducing mean time to repair (resolution) and enhance overall system reliabilityUse your strong DevOps experience to integrate custom or out of box AI solutions like Microsoft's Azure Open AI and integrate into existing infrastructure tools (Sage, ServiceNow, Confluence, Kubernetes, Splunk) also evaluating the changes madeAssist in the design, development, and implementation of AI models and algorithms tailored to our needs while working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and platformsConduct data analysis and preprocessing to support the development of AI models and participate in the testing and validation of AI models to ensure their accuracy and reliabilityDocument project progress, methodologies, and results for internal and external stakeholders while staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to continuously improve our AI capabilities     

What you will need to have:                

6+ years of experience in AI model development and integration6+ years of experience programming in Python, R, or JavaAbility to stay current with emerging AI technologies and trendsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
