In this role, you'll focus on orchestrating and optimizing large language models (LLMs) and creating AI applications that deliver impactful ROI through automation and intelligence augmentation. **Work visa sponsorship not available for this position** **What you'll do** + Design and implement AI systems for automating workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and Crew.ai. + Develop and maintain AI applications integrated with enterprise systems and databases. + Create and implement testing frameworks to evaluate AI performance and impact. + Collaborate with teams for requirement gathering, solution prototyping, and ensure compliance with regulations. + Provide guidance on AI best practices and manage projects effectively while promoting technical learning. + Responsible for managing self-spending on Cloud Resources. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, or Data Science, or Software Engineering,or Artificial Intelligence, or any related technical field (STEM) + Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL + Coursework, certification, or hands-on experience in the domains of artificial intelligence and/or data science + Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and containerization technologies + Strong programming background with focus on Python and modern AI frameworks **Preferred Qualifications** + High level of competency in multiple programming languages with experience in AI/ML packages. At the minimum, Python and SQL. + Understanding of LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Crew.AI) and fundamentals of prompt engineering + Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and semantic search implementations + Basic understanding of multimodal AI models (text-to-image, text-to-video, etc). + Must be able to work on cross-functional teams with representation from the following functions **Compensation and Benefits** Salary Range $83,200.00 - $133,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
