In this role, you'll focus on orchestrating and optimizing large language models (LLMs) and creating AI applications that deliver impactful ROI through automation and intelligence augmentation. **Work visa sponsorship not available for this position** **What you'll do** + Design and implement AI systems for automating workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and Crew.ai. + Develop and maintain AI applications integrated with enterprise systems and databases. + Create and implement testing frameworks to evaluate AI performance and impact. + Collaborate with teams for requirement gathering, solution prototyping, and ensure compliance with regulations. + Provide guidance on AI best practices and manage projects effectively while promoting technical learning. + Responsible for managing self-spending on Cloud Resources. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Computer Science, or Data Science, or Software Engineering,or Artificial Intelligence, or any related technical field (STEM) + Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL + Coursework, certification, or hands-on experience in the domains of artificial intelligence and/or data science + Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and containerization technologies + Strong programming background with focus on Python and modern AI frameworks **Preferred Qualifications** + High level of competency in multiple programming languages with experience in AI/ML packages. At the minimum, Python and SQL. + Understanding of LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Crew.AI) and fundamentals of prompt engineering + Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and semantic search implementations + Basic understanding of multimodal AI models (text-to-image, text-to-video, etc). + Must be able to work on cross-functional teams with representation from the following functions **Compensation and Benefits** Salary Range $83,200.00 - $133,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
