The RoleWe are seeking a talented AI Engineer specializing in generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving business transformation by applying advanced AI techniques and methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning (ML), Data, and Software Engineering (SWE), focusing on creating scalable and ethical AI systems that enhance business efficiency and decision-making.The AI Engineer specializing in generative AI and large language models (LLMs) will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions to address complex business challenges. This role combines software development, data engineering, and data science, focusing on using generative AI techniques, LLMs, and state-of-the-art solutions rather than specific model training.
As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of AI innovation, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI solutions that address complex business challenges. Your work will involve a combination of best practices from software engineering and data science, enabling the creation of intelligent systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that AI solutions are integrated seamlessly into business operations, driving both strategic and operational excellence.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. Strong proficiency in Python, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Experience with generative models (GANs, VAEs, LLMs), traditional machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing (NLP). Experience with deep learning models. Proficiency in GenAI frameworks and orchestration tools such as LlamaIndex and LangChain. Experience with LLMOps and traceability platforms such as W&B, LangFuse, LangSmith, and DataBricks. Strong knowledge of unstructured and structured data preprocessing techniques and data engineering practices. Familiarity with big data tools and techniques for handling large datasets. Experience with Vector DBs such as Pinecone and Weaviate, and hybrid search systems combining keyword, fuzzy, and semantic search. Familiarity with indexing techniques and large-scale data retrieval systems. Proficiency in cloud computing and AI deployment on platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including evaluation and monitoring of AI models. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment strategies. Familiarity with the principles of ethical AI, including data privacy, algorithmic fairness, and transparency in AI systems. Familiarity with Gen AI evaluation frameworks and metrics.
