Role Summary An "AI Analyst" is a professional who combines their understanding of business needs with technical knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) to identify how AI technologies can be utilized to improve decision-making and achieve organizational goals within a company; essentially, they bridge the gap between business strategy and AI implementation by analyzing data and suggesting AI solutions to solve business problems. This position can be located at any of our Rivian locations and report to our Director of Digital Workplace & Solutions. Responsibilities Organizational Change Management (OCM): Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across departments impacted by AI implementations. Change Impact Assessment: Analyze the potential impact of AI on existing workflows, processes, and job roles. Communication and Training: Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs to prepare employees for AI adoption. Resistance Management: Address concerns and resistance to change, fostering a positive attitude towards AI. Adoption and User Engagement: Drive user adoption of AI solutions through effective change management strategies and ongoing support. Business Analysis: Needs Analysis: Understand business needs and challenges that can be addressed with AI solutions. Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document detailed requirements for AI systems, collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders. Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through AI. Data Analysis: Analyze data related to AI implementation, including user feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes. Solution Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of AI solutions in meeting business objectives and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Business Analysis Skills: Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis techniques. AI/ML Awareness: A basic understanding of AI concepts and their potential applications in business. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify challenges, and develop effective solutions. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, business users, and management. Pay Disclosure Salary Range/Hourly Rate for California Based Applicants: $117,200 - $146,500 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Salary Range/Hourly Rate for Illinois Based Applicants: $98,500 - $123,100 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
