Job Description:- Candidate should have good hands on Einstein Discovery, Einstein prediction builder , Einstein Next Best Action, Einstein Language,Einstein IntentEinstein Bots, Einstein Vision, Einstein Copilot- Administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.- Candidate should have Good Apex Debugging skills.- Basic Aura / LWC debugging knowledge is required.- Good knowledge in Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud is required- Good knowledge & Handson on ITIL workflow.- Support to the users to help them resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications.- Create documentation and look for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures.- Handson experience in L2 / L3 work
