Responsibilities Manage unionized FLE’s (Technicians & Operators & Trim table employees) for 3 shifts and tracking their performance if necessary improve their performance, planning and enforcing employees annual leave Managing headcount in warehouse&backend Ensuring food safety on PC Backend production line Ensuring people safety on PC Backend line Track performance of PC backend line Supporting R&D for new product trials and launchs Gate keeping of IPS and Weak Link standards Planning trainings for AGRO department Communication with other plants and sector to share best practices Meeting the requirements of GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System for Backend area and Health&Safety standards for warehouse Determine the need for maintenance and repair of the Backend line and control the budged Giving approvals of systemic transactions Leading Manisa Agro AIB, FSSC, IPS, PSA and other processes Managing MOH budgets by ensuring spending’s met on target Managing the Agro department related capex projects Leading the Manisa Agro Scorecard Leading productivity program for Manisa Agro Provide support to her/his staff to attend necessary trainings Knowing and fully complying with PepsiCo Quality and Food Safety Policy for wrhs and backend Leading OHS program for Manisa Agro employees Leading prepared actions and transform into strategies to hit target Tracking storage harvest with field team and share information about potato situation Enabling an excellent storage operation of 30.000 tons of potato Preparing correct controlls for maintaining well control environment standards for all inventory movements Potato labor, freight, warehousing costs budgeting Operating and follow-up, enabling that correct communication is maintained within Agro Leader Team ensure the supply of potato to plants Leading documentation flow between suppliers& warehouse & plant& finance Planning & Coordinating the shipments from warehouse to plant Leading warehouse and backend sites pest control operation, ensuring hygiene standards and controlling weekly cleaning plan of both sites To create action in case of potential pollution and work in coordination with the manufacturing sites F&S responsible Establish food safety budget. Qualifications University degree English and Turkish fluency- advanced level Good command of MS Office Applications Good leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure Negotiation skills No military obligation for mail candidates Ability to multi-task, work independently and employ effective time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in potato and storage processes is preferred.
