Data as a driver. Your Impact: As Agro Business Engagement Leader your functions would consist of Lead sector and category-based prioritization of activation plan across all directs and indirect – based on risks, volumes, acres, opportunities – including annual gap analysis and action planning process Provide risk analysis tools and resources to understand upcoming environmental and social risks to supply chains and provide suggestions for mitigation Support the Latam OUs to define the positive agriculture strategy including project management of supplier managed projects, scoping, designing, and managing supplier-agnostic supply shed work Available to assist glidepath & ensure it is filled out correctly Map possible partnerships (sector | global), prioritize them according to their contribution to FLAG, non-FLAG targets and removal Integrate best practices across key agro commodities Identifying new technologies that scale the positive impact of the projects Maintain an up-to-date list of key ingredients sourced with buyer and sourcing origin details provided by procurement Building & maintaining trusted relationships with local stakeholders from CSO to Sector Office of Sustainability, procurement as well as Agro leads Know enough about all aspects of Positive Ag agenda to serve as credible 1st point of contact Implement and lead a robust agro governance for Latam Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
