We are hiring a detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our dynamic Digital Experience Team. You will gain hands on experience with scrum practices and agile methodologies, while supporting with sprint ceremonies by tracking progress and identifying deviations.
This position is expected to start May 2025 and continue through the entire Summer 2025 term (through August 2025). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site.
In This Role\nGain hands-on exposure to agile methodologies, scrum practices, and software delivery processes \nSupport with sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives \nSupport tracking and monitoring sprint progress, identify deviations, and assist with corrective actions \nAssist with maintaining Jira boards, dashboards, and documentation to improve visibility into project status \nHelp prepare and report project status to key stakeholders \nSupport change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of process changes \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery \nOther duties as assigned by Management \nUphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team: \nBe open and honest \nReach for excellence \nAct with responsibility \nValue the whole person \nEnjoy the journey\n\n\n
The Ideal Person\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team \nAbility to manage tasks efficiently and adapt to shifting project needs \nSolid organizational skills and strong attention to detail \nInterest in software development lifecycle and digital product delivery\n
Internship Program at Four Hands The Internship Program is aimed to provide students with hands-on experience in the area they are most passionate about. Interns at Four Hands have the opportunity to work closely with various departments to gain valuable knowledge about the company. The program focuses on professional development, offering mentorship from like-minded professionals and the chance to contribute to real projects. Interns are encouraged to bring innovative ideas to make the experience challenging and rewarding. This program will enable students to gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their future careers.
